Incorporated in 1994, the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance (MVEDA) is a public/private sector economic development partnership that serves Dona Ana County, the second most populated county in New Mexico. MVEDA’s core mission is to grow the wealth of Dona Ana County through the creation of economic based job opportunities for its residents.
